On-site consultation
We bring the finished blends to your home and lay them on your surface, in your light. You see the real colour, texture and slip feel before committing to anything.
Stone selection
You choose in your own light, on your own surface. No showroom guesswork. We photograph the blend you pick so the mixing matches exactly on install day.
Fixed itemised proposal
Within 24 hours you receive a fixed, itemised proposal — not an estimate range. Every line item is listed so you know exactly what you are paying for.
30% deposit
Secures your install window. Balance is due on handover, after you have walked the finished surface and signed off.
Install and handover
Photo record, care guide, and your written 10-year warranty. Most homes are done in one to two days — walk on it in 24 to 48 hours, drive on it in about 72.
